The seller can list the equipment for sale with us. This is similiar to a real estate listing, relieving the seller of the numerous details involved in a sale. We assist the seller in estimating and/or appraising his assets in order to determine a realistic market value. We will advertise and display the equipment on the internet and in our Railroad & Tourist Rail Magazine, (and other advertising), receive offers, prepare sales contracts, officiate and close the sale. Monies are handled professionally through a company escrow.
